Claude connector
Turn a program you develop with Claude into workouts you can log.
Work through your training plan with Claude, then send a draft to Repcast. Review the exercises and prescriptions before accepting the program and training from it.
Who can connect?
Repcast is in private beta. You need a Repcast account with AI integrations enabled, plus access to custom connectors in Claude. If you do not see the integration settings in Repcast, contact support@repcast.io before starting.
The setup below uses a custom connector. It does not require finding Repcast in the Claude directory, and this page is not a directory installation link. Managed Claude workspaces may require an owner to add the connector first.
Connect Claude to Repcast
- In Repcast on the web, open Settings → Integrations → Connect an AI assistant, then select Claude.
- In Claude on the web or desktop, open Connectors under Customize or Settings, and choose Add custom connector.
- Name the connector Repcast and copy the server URL from your Repcast integration settings.
- Under Advanced settings, enter the OAuth Client ID shown in Repcast. Leave the client secret empty.
- Add the connector, select Connect, and sign in to Repcast. Review and approve the requested access.
- Enable the Repcast connector in your Claude conversation.
Use the connection details from your own Repcast account. You do not need to paste a personal access token into a chat.
From conversation to training
- Give Claude your program or work with it on a draft. Include training days, exercises, sets, reps and loading instructions.
- Ask Claude to send the draft to Repcast for review.
- Open the draft in Repcast, check the exercise matches and prescriptions, and accept it when it matches your intent.
Sending a draft does not automatically accept it. You review the program before it becomes something you train from.
Try these requests after connecting
- “Send this four-week strength program to Repcast for me to review.”
- “Keep the sets, reps and RPE targets exactly as written in this draft.”
- “Check whether my Repcast submission is ready for review.”
Claude needs the Repcast connector enabled to take these actions. Discussing a program in an ordinary conversation does not send it to Repcast.
Control your connection
Review the permissions on the Repcast consent screen. Reading your training history requires the relevant permission. You can revoke the connection in Repcast under Settings → Integrations → Connected agents.
Do I need Claude to use Repcast?
No. Coaches can build and deliver programs in the Repcast web editor, and athletes can log their workouts in the app. Explore Repcast for coaches.
