Private integration

From a ChatGPT program draft to your Repcast training log.

Repcast connects structured programming with the workouts you actually log. Our private ChatGPT integration lets an assistant send a program draft to Repcast for your review.

Can I install the Repcast ChatGPT plugin?

Not yet. The integration is private and has not been published in the ChatGPT directory. There is no public install link or release date. Repcast beta access does not automatically include plugin access.

How does the connected workflow work?

  1. Discuss your program with the assistant: exercises, days, sets, reps and loading instructions.
  2. With an authorized connection, ask it to send the draft to Repcast.
  3. Review the draft in Repcast, resolve any exercise matches, and accept it before training from it.

A submission is a draft, not an automatically accepted training plan. You remain responsible for checking that it matches your intent.

Example requests for connected testers

  • “Send this four-week strength program to Repcast for me to review.”
  • “Keep the sets, reps and RPE targets exactly as written in this draft.”
  • “Check whether my Repcast program submission is ready for review.”

These examples require the private integration to be connected. An ordinary ChatGPT conversation alone cannot send a program to Repcast.

Do coaches need ChatGPT to use Repcast?

No. Coaches can write and deliver programs through the Repcast web editor. Athletes receive their programming in the app and log their workouts there. Explore Repcast for coaches.
